Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring an Occupational Therapist - PT to join a growing team. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders and develop treatment plans to help patients regain independence.

We offer a salary range of $72,500.00 to $90,000.00 per year, with opportunities for ongoing clinical education, and a flexible schedule. Must be licensed in-state and NBCOT certified where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in-state as Occupational Therapist.
• Experience conducting OT evaluations and developing treatment plans.
• Documentation of evaluations and treatment per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized forms timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with long- and short-term goals, frequency and duration.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment using modalities and adjust as needed.
