Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. This permanent PT renewal rehab role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) per state requirements.
• NBCOT designation recognized where mandated.
• OT license/registration current in-state where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on physician orders.
• Document findings promptly on evaluation forms following guidelines.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with short- and long-term goals, frequency and modalities.
• Ensure physician orders are in place for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Provide patient-centered treatment and adjust modalities respecting safety precautions.
