Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team as part of Enhance Therapies. The role involves conducting comprehensive OT evaluations, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with MD orders for evaluations, treatments, and discharges.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT designation (if mandated by state) and active license in-state.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan with long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment to patients using appropriate modalities and adjust as needed.
