Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide comprehensive evaluations and treatments under physician orders. The role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive culture, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing education.

Must hold a current OT license/registration and NBCOT designation if required by state. H1B sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates, and a 401K plan is offered along with other benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT designation as an OTR (if state mandated).
• OT holds a current license and/or registration in-state as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan with long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment utilizing modalities and modify treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
