Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist (PT Renewal) to join a growing therapy team. The role offers competitive hourly pay and a supportive culture focused on clinician education and professional growth.

Must hold an OT license/registration and NBCOT-OTR designation where required. We support clinicians with ongoing CEUs and a flexible, collaborative work environment across multiple settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate with AOTA-recognized OT degree (B.S./M.A./M.S. or Doctorate).
• NBCOT-OTR certification (where state mandates).
• Current OT license/registration in-state as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on evaluation forms timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• Provide treatment using appropriate modalities and adjust as needed while following precautions.
