Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide PT renewal rehab services. The role offers compensation of $50.00–$65.00 per hour with a focus on comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans.

We support clinicians with education and a collaborative environment to advance patient care. Eligible candidates hold a current OT license/registration and NBCOT designation, with opportunities for professional growth and immigration

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered as an Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT designation and state licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form promptly and accurately.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with goals, frequency, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatment to patients and adapt modalities with safety precautions.
