Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and prospects with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Direct inquiries, welcome tours, and create a smooth, positive experience for residents and guests.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously with accurate information.
• Respond to questions and requests from residents and families, coordinating with other departments as needed.
