Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality or front-desk roles preferred; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Warm welcome and first impressions for residents, families, visitors and prospects.
• Support sales by directing inquiries, welcoming tours, and creating a positive experience.
• Answer and direct calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information.
• Assist residents and families, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities and resident services to share information proactively.
• Perform administrative tasks such as logging messages, distributing mail and packages, and keeping reception organized.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and MBK policies.
• Promote teamwork and open communication within MBK principles.
