The role emphasizes hospitality, precise information exchange, and collaboration with team members to ensure safe, smooth daily operations in a busy community. Open availability includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles preferred; training provided if aptitude exists.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Background clearance, health screening and negative TB test within 7 days of employment (within 6 months).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and interact professionally with residents, families and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and prospects warmly and professionally.
• Direct inquiries, schedule tours, and support sales efforts.
• Answer and route calls promptly with accurate information.
• Assist residents and families, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Share information about daily activities and resident services.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area and handle basic administrative tasks.
• Follow safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Support teamwork and assist with special projects as assigned.
