Job summary

Little Masters Development Center in New York City is seeking compassionate professionals to provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy for toddlers aged 2–3 under BCBA supervision. You will support development in communication, social and behavioral goals, and collect clinical data.

Qualifications

• Birth–Grade 2 Certification or LMSW required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and Spanish- and English-speaking families.

• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and follow clinical guidance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to toddlers ages 2–3.
• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Support children's communication, social, behavioral, and developmental goals.
• Collect and accurately record clinical data.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with children and their families.
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking caregivers and other members of the child's care team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, SLPs, and other professionals.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.

We are currently providing services to families in the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
• Previous experience working with young children or families
• Previous ABA experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing clinical support
