Job summary

Little Masters Development Center LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Early Intervention team in New York City. The role involves providing home-based PT services to children aged 0-3, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve mobility in their natural environments.

The ideal candidate will hold a NY State PT license, have pediatric experience (EI a plus), and be able to collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team while delivering

Qualifications

• Current New York State Physical Therapist license required.
• Pediatric experience preferred, EI experience a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Bilingual providers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to children in Early Intervention home and community settings.
• Conduct individualized evaluations and therapy sessions based on developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with families, service coordinators and the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate caregivers on strategies to promote motor development during daily routines.
• Maintain timely documentation and EI paperwork.
• Support gross motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, posture and mobility.
