Job summary

LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor to manage the overnight desk from 11:00pm to 7:00am and relay issues to management. The role requires excellence in guest service, cash handling, and room charge accuracy, with a focus on guest satisfaction across a 24/7 operation.

Ideal candidates have front desk experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Front Desk Experience.
• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Able to work flexible evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills.
• Solid computer and cash handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and checkouts warmly and efficiently.
• Organize shifts and review arrivals; run contingency reports.
• Verify GTD no-shows; file reports and balance accounts.
• Post charges and prepare daily revenue and summary reports.
