Coach in McLean, VA is seeking a Sales Support Associate to warmly welcome clients, assist at the cash wrap, and maintain a well‑organized sales floor to ensure smooth store operations.

The role requires 1+ year of retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication. You will operate POS systems, process shipments, and support merchandising with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet; use walkie talkie.
• Read price and product release sheets accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap; handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team/management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
