Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Arlington to help drive store success through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. This role supports our brand commitments with accurate cash handling, inventory flow from receipt to sale, and organized stockroom operations.

The position requires 1+ year of retail experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with cash registers and mobile POS.

Qualifications

1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels and execute visual merchandising updates.
Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
