Tapestry (Coach/Kate Spade) in Oklahoma City is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to warmly welcome clients, maintain the sales floor, operate POS, promote add-on products, and capture guest information where permitted.

You will assist with stock transfers, merchandising updates, and inventory control while delivering exceptional service in a luxury retail environment. Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays is required.

Formación

• 1+ year retail experience (cashier/stock or sales).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
• Ability to read price and product release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador in the local market and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update merchandising visuals.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
