Job summary

WashSmart Laundry in Waukegan, IL is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with payment systems, machine choices, and wash/dry/fold orders. You will help with sales, maintain clean facilities, and ensure safety and policy adherence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payment systems, machine selection, operations, and wash/dry/fold orders.
• Handle questions/concerns and escalate to the manager when needed.
• Maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Keep store clean and maintain cleaning logs.
• Document equipment and building maintenance issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain visual product displays and process sales accurately.
• Assist in selecting equipment and completing customer orders with care.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
