WashSmart Laundry in Chicago, IL is hiring a Customer Service Associate to join its team. You will assist customers with payment systems, machine selection, and wash/dry/fold orders while maintaining a clean, safe store. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; high school diploma required; ability to work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems preferred.
• Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable but not required.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payment systems, machine selection, operations, retail purchases, and wash/dry/fold orders.
• Handle customer questions/concerns and inform Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager as needed.
• Maintain a safe environment inside and outside of the store by following proper security procedures.
• Ensure the highest level of cleanliness inside and outside of the store; follow cleaning routines.
• Document equipment and building maintenance issues; escalate when needed.
• Process sales and educate customers on products; provide quality service.
• Assist in wash/dry/fold operations and complete logs; address concerns promptly.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
