Qualifications

• At least 1 year in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk duties: check in/out, insurance verification, scheduling and related tasks.
• Provide venipuncture and clinical support as training progresses.
• Respond to patient messages and support providers with clerical tasks.
