Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. seeks dependable kitchen staff on an as-needed basis to support meal service across our schools. You will assist with setup, maintain proper food temperatures, and prepare items per the menu and Opaa! recipes.

Responsibilities include batch cooking, serving lines upkeep, inventory, and daily production records while upholding food safety standards and hospitality for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow menus/recipes.
• Basic math for portion control and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu and recipes; batch cook as needed.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas neat, clean and organized.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and keep coolers/storage racks clean.
