Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a part‑time Registered Behavior Technician to provide ABA services to children in‑home and in community settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement therapy programs, teach functional skills, and track progress using our data system.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 with an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping children with developmental disabilities. Flexible schedule available in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in‑home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
