Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician to support children in-home and in community settings under BCBA supervision. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful difference in a child’s life.

You will implement evidence-based ABA programs, track progress, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent application of behavior plans.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach functional skills to meet goals.
• Complete progress notes in data system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
