Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in Willow Grove, PA. You will work in client homes (on-site) as a part-time/per-diem contractor, with shifts scheduled through the CareLinx app.

Onboarded caregivers join the CarePartner team to receive right-match opportunities based on location, client needs, and availability.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling and timesheets.
Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged.
Reliable transportation to and from client homes; background check required.
Program-specific training and TB/medical clearance may apply; driver's license optional for driving shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing and grooming, non-clinical medication reminders, light housekeeping.
Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
Submit timesheets on time via the CareLinx app.
Communicate with CarePartner about case updates or client changes.
Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and a secure environment; protect confidentiality.
