As an on-site caregiver, you’ll work in client homes in your area with scheduling managed via the CareLinx app. This 1099 contractor role offers part-time or per-diem flexibility and the chance to build meaningful schedules with

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or CNA/HHA/MA certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Medical clearance such as TB test or drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if driving shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
• Additional shift opportunities (based on client needs): transportation and errand support; hospital discharge escort; telehealth navigation.
