Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is recruiting experienced in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical support in client homes across the country. You’ll use the CareLinx app to manage availability, match with clients, and document shifts.

As a caregiver, you’ll assist with daily living activities, maintain patient dignity, and communicate proactively with the CarePartners team. Flexible scheduling and on-demand opportunities empower your work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Program-specific training and medical clearances may apply.
• Valid driver's license and MVR check for driving shifts.
• Additional documentation may be required by state law or contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and non-clinical tasks.
• Complete and document care tasks in the CareLinx app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes to the clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the app.
• Communicate case updates or client changes with CarePartners.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Report and complete additional shift opportunities as needed.
