Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking experienced in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical support in client homes in your area. You’ll set availability via the CareLinx app and be matched with clients, choosing steady shifts or per-diem work while we handle the matches.

Onboarding partners with CarePartner to align location, client needs, and your availability; top caregivers build consistent schedules, stay engaged through the app, and communicate proactively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or equivalent education/certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and provide companionship.
• Complete and document all care tasks in the CareLinx app during each shift.
• Monitor changes in a client’s condition and report to the clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with CarePartner about case updates or client changes.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety at all times.
