Qualifications

• 6+ months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Access to a smartphone for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual caregivers encouraged
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, non-clinical medication reminders, light housekeeping
• Complete and document tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the CareLinx clinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
• Communicate with CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity and well-being in a safe environment
• Additional shifts opportunities based on client needs: transportation, hospital discharge escort, telehealth navigation
