Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in Springfield, IL. You will set your availability in the CareLinx app and get matched with clients that fit your schedule and preferences.

This is a 1099 contractor, part-time opportunity. Onboarded caregivers work with the CarePartner team to find the right matches based on location and availability.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months caregiving experience or valid CNA/HHA/MA certification.
• Smartphone with CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• English communication required; bilingual encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and light housekeeping.
• Document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx app during each shift.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time via the app.
• Communicate case updates with CarePartner team.
• Maintain client privacy and dignity at all times.
• Provide transportation and errand support as needed.
• Assist with hospital discharge escort and telehealth navigation as assigned.
