Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring non-clinical in-home caregivers to support health plan members and private clients in your area. Set your availability in the CareLinx app, and we’ll match you with clients that fit your schedule and goals.

You'll work with a dedicated CarePartner team focusing on finding you the right matches based on location and needs. Build a consistent schedule with app-driven communication and timely timesheets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check
• Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment)
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additional documentation may be required based on state law or client contract

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times
• Additional shift opportunities (based on client needs): transportation and errand support, hospital discharge escort, telehealth navigation
