Job summary

Deckers Brands, including UGG, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Livermore to partner with the Store Manager in developing a high-performing team and delivering outstanding customer service aligned with our brand values.

You will manage day-to-day store operations, assist with training, scheduling, inventory, and store administration, and lead opening/closing duties while pursuing budgeted revenue goals and maintaining security.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to develop and motivate the team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee daily store operations including training, scheduling, inventory, and store administration.
• Manage opening and closing procedures and ensure store security.
