Deckers Brands’ UGG division is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to foster a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences in our Cabazon store. You will lead training, schedule labor, manage inventory, and ensure brand standards while adapting to busy, priority-driven days.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to develop and engage team members and achieve revenue goals.
• Open/close the store, plan and prepare labor schedule, and maintain store security.
• Handle training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
