Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Livermore to partner with the Store Manager and drive exceptional customer service while leading a sales team. You will oversee training, operations, inventory, and scheduling, ensuring brand standards and community engagement.

The role requires 2–4 years of store management experience, strong communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) to four (4) years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to develop and engage team members.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Open and close the store, plan and prepare labor schedules, and maintain security.
• Assist in executing store strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
