Job summary

Deckers Brands' UGG division is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Commerce, CA location. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a team, deliver great customer service, and uphold brand values in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will focus on hiring, training, scheduling, inventory control, and daily operations while working toward budgeted revenue and store standards. Some travel and proficiency with MS Office are expected.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store operations and achieve revenue targets.
• Hire, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store administration.
• Open and close the store, manage labor scheduling, and ensure store security.
• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to implement store strategies and drive profitability.
