Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to develop team members, deliver outstanding customer service, and communicate the brand's values and mission.

You will help run day-to-day store operations, training, inventory, scheduling, visual merchandising, and security, including opening and closing the store and acting as Store Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Store Manager to develop and engage team members and achieve store goals.
• Provide the best customer service possible and communicate the brand’s values, vision and mission.
• Aide in the day-to-day operations including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service.
• Open and close the store, secure assets, plan and prepare labor schedules, maintain store security, and act as Store Manager in their absence.
