Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and gather vehicle information.
• Explain symptoms and report them clearly to customers.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on repairs.
• Monitor vehicle progress and update customers regularly.
• Verify final invoice matches performed work and charges.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.
