Qualifications

• Current driver''s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ months of home care experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Provides or assists with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care and transfer of the patient between bed, chair, and wheelchair.
• Assists with household tasks directly essential to client''s personal care and accompanies client to appointments or errands.
• Measures and records vital signs when ordered, and assists with meal preparation according to client diet.
• Maintains a clean and safe home environment, including safe use of equipment such as side rails and mobility aids.
