Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; Masters or Doctorate preferred.
• Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and students.
• Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, residents and families about progress and discharge planning.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
