Ocean Ridge Post Acute is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist Assistant to support the licensed Occupational Therapist in delivering resident-centered care, assessment, and rehabilitation services. You will document care plans, participate in care conferences, educate residents and families, and help maintain safety and infection control.

The role requires an Associate Degree in COTA and state licensure, plus proficiency with Net Health and Point Click Care.

Qualifikationen

• Assist the OT with resident care and treatment as directed.

• Assist with training Restorative Aides and others.
• Communicate progress to physicians, nursing, and team.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
