• Mitigate theft and fraud in high-risk areas of the store while maintaining a safe, secure environment.
• Train and develop Shortage Control Associates and support store leadership.
• Identify and report theft indicators; support evidence gathering for incidents.
• Monitor store operations, including POS and audits, to promote Asset Protection programs.
