Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in loss prevention or asset protection.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and develop associates on shortage reduction.
• Knowledge of store shortage programs and internal controls.
• Attention to detail in high-risk shortage areas.

Responsibilities

• Deterrent to dishonest behaviors with command presence and proper dress.
• Keep a safe, secure store with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Engage with customers and associates in high shortage areas with a positive tone.
• Governing knowledge of shortage programs and reporting indicators of theft.
• Support store leadership with audits, POS monitoring, and asset protection.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for shortage reduction.
• Assist with semi-annual inventory planning and action plans.
• Model safety as a top priority and handle stressful situations professionally.
