Responsibilities

• Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors throughout the store by demonstrating a command presence and energetic greeting.
• Maintain a safe and secure store for customers and associates with attention to detail and strong communication.
• Engage with customers and associates in high-risk shortage areas to promote strong customer service and control.
• Display knowledge of top shortage areas and support programs to identify and reduce theft.
• Gather indicators of external theft and coordinate with store and field leaders; support evidence gathering with law enforcement as directed.
• Assist in onboarding and ongoing training of associates in shortage reduction programs and processes.
• Assist in inventory preparation and action planning to reduce shortage.
• Role-model safety as a top priority.
