Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, asset protection, loss prevention, or operations.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers; ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to deter theft.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and energetic greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress standards.
