Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to reduce theft and security incidents.
• Greet every customer with a warm, confident greeting.
• Conduct bag and package checks when required according to safety standards.
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs.
