• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers with a warm, energetic greeting and eye contact.
• Identify theft incidents or suspicious subjects and report to management.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs.
