Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver exceptional guest experiences and promote loyalty through friendly interaction and proactive service. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, explain store features and help with transactions while maintaining store standards.

Training is provided to learn Target’s policies, drive-up and order-ahead options, and wellness benefits. A flexible schedule supports nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Communicating effectively with guests and using positive language.
