Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver friendly, efficient guest service in-store. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and explain store services including Drive Up and Order Pickup. A strong focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork helps create a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles or retail is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Wamiliarity with flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a welcoming, helpful interaction.
• Help guests locate products and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain features, promos, and how to use store services and the Target App.
• Process transactions accurately while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
