Job summary

American Cancer Society, Inc. seeks an On-Call Concierge at Hope Lodge to deliver exceptional front desk service and guest support.

You will greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and provide information on amenities and local attractions while maintaining a welcoming lobby environment. You will coordinate transportation for guests, manage inquiries, and handle administrative tasks such as reservations and guest records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality/customer service experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and provide friendly, helpful service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and hospitality at arrival.
• Assist guests with check-in/out and provide information on amenities and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Manage front desk operations and maintain organized records and reservations.
• Coordinate transportation services and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and property; respond to incidents per policy.
