The American Cancer Society is seeking an On-Call Concierge at Hope Lodge in Memphis. The role serves as the first point of contact for guests, handling front desk operations and a welcoming environment.

The position offers flexible shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends, with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour plus differential pay for non-day hours. Responsibilities include guest check-in/out, providing lodge information, coordinating transportation and EMPOWER Program services,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Hospitality management or customer service training is a plus.
• 1 year of Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, guest services, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/out procedures (30%).
• Provide information about lodge amenities and community resources (20%).
• Coordinate transportation and EMPOWER Program services and schedules (15%).
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies (15%).
• Maintain organized front desk area and accurate guest records (10%).
• Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols (10%).
