The American Cancer Society is opening a Hope Lodge in San Antonio and seeks compassionate, dependable individuals for part-time on-call concierge roles. You’ll greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, provide lodge information, coordinate transportation, and respond to requests with a focus on safety and guest comfort.

This role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, and strong communication. Evening and weekend hours are required with defined shift differentials.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Hospitality management or customer service training is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures (30%).
• Provide information about lodge amenities and community resources (20%).
• Coordinate transportation & EMPOWER Program services and schedules (15%).
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies (15%).
• Maintain organized front desk area and accurate guest records (10%).
• Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols (10%).
