Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Warrensville Heights, OH is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team at the store front. You will oversee cashiering, returns, inventory accuracy, e-commerce support, and daily customer service excellence.

You will partner with management to optimize product availability, pricing and signage, while coaching peers to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. Prior supervisory experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience
• High school diploma and/or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance of customer service SOPs (cashiering, credit and close-out)
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product questions
