Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates at the store level.

The role covers cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory management, and e-commerce support, all aimed at delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The supervisor will direct front-end operations, ensure SOP compliance, manage inventory accuracy, and work with management on pricing and SKU changes while supporting customers with product

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Ensure compliance with cashiering, credit and close-out SOPs.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee store signage updates and price changes for SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and product questions.
